Refund policy

Unworn Bonsai Sandals may be returned within 14 days for a full refund. Original shipping charges, if any, are not refundable. We do not provide prepaid return labels, so customers are responsible for return shipping.

Need a different size? Size exchanges are free. You are responsible for sending the original pair back, and we pay to ship the replacement pair to you.

To start a return or size exchange, contact us before mailing your sandals. We will provide return instructions and the current return address. Once a return is received and inspected, the refund is sent to the original payment method. The time for it to appear depends on the payment provider.
